I was extremely happy with the service we received from Zillion Cleaning. Clear and timely communication before the service and an excellent job done. And Sandun was extremely friendly and enjoyable to have in our home while he worked.

Please avoid this business at all cost, very disrespectful people have no ethics for Work came to my house to do the job as agreed a day before letting him know clearly that this is a rental property and he cannot let me down once he has booked it. On the day of Booking, call me two hours early to come instantly, but I told him I will try my best to get in the next hour to get the job done..

Drove 20 minutes to the property to meet him and got the job done after seeing the house. He just said I don't have enough time to clean this and I'm sorry I have booked you in for today. Asked for extra money for the same house which we already agreed the day before and then said he wouldn't be able to do today because he has another appointment in two hours.
So he expect a three bedroom house Carpet cleaned in 1hour 30 minutes and then make his way to the other job booked for 2 pm.
I don't understand how can someone clean a three bedroom house in 1 hour 30 minutes.

I've been agreed to pay an extra because I was left with no other option and to get the job done at the same day but complete waste of time no professional ethics just turned up looked into the Job and said I have to go somewhere else so I can book you in for next day.

A big letdown, please avoid.

Zillion Cleaning has done a whole house carpet clean for us recently. Sandun replied to initial enquiry within hours and visited us to give a quote the next day.He managed to fit us in the same week and did a very thorough clean of all carpets including moving objects to ensure everything was clean. He's a very friendly person and we highly recommend him to anyone

I’ve been using this cleaning company for quite a while now, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve been working with Chammi, who comes every two weeks to clean my home — she’s incredibly efficient, thorough, and leaves the place spotless every single time. I fully trust her — I often leave her to clean while I’m away, and I always come back to a beautifully cleaned home.

The owner, Sandun, is also extremely friendly and responsible. He goes above and beyond — when I was in a rush to move out and didn’t have time to handle everything, he even helped take some items to the recycling center for me. That kind of service and reliability is rare and deeply appreciated.

Highly recommended if you’re looking for a trustworthy, detail-oriented, and genuinely helpful cleaning team!

Highly recommend. We arranged a deep clean of a property in Cambridge at short notice. Zillion were the only cleaning company who met our specifications, and moreover fulfilled the work to a very high standard at reasonable cost. We plan on using this firm for future work - their team were very responsive, personable, and conscientious. First class outfit. Pavel

Sandun was available on short notice and he cleaned our carpets in 4 rooms including stairs in 2.5 hours! He has professional equipment and works fast and efficient. He said his company provides a wide range of other cleaning services and we'll definitely call on him again in the future. He's personable, friendly and I definitely recommend working with him!
